Thanks for your reply. I have tried using $mysqldate = date("Y-m-d H:i:s"); $query = INSERT INTO table VALUE ('".$mysqldate."') on my php code but it would be kept in MySQL as 0000-00-00 00:00:00 in Date (field) - Datetime (datatype). I intend to store the current Date and Time. If I set the datatype as Timestamp in the database, how to code in php?
