Coder, s/w architect, nerd. Web apps, HTML5, jQuery, mobile, Backbone, RequireJS, JAX-RS, MyBatis: neat and powerful, just how I like it :)

Here is a slice of what I designed and developed over the past 15 years with my colleagues (meaning I know this stuff in and out) in a reverse chronological order:
- wiki engine with pluggable server-side JavaScript to extend functionality - radiological imaging workload distribution server: HTML5 DICOM worklist, reporting, dictation, dcm4chee, etc.
- BlackBerry app for content management and collaboration
- corporate IM with screen sharing tied into content management (.NET and Java)
- Java O-R mapping framework with own QL and with full metadata support: entities would have references to metadata classes and you can change these classes on the fly, effectively adding columns, indexes etc. - Web content management tool with automated resource generation in Delphi (for a fancy, designer-oriented stuff, like glossy menu buttons, long before CSS was good for it)
- OpenGL 3D app for Silicon Graphics workstations (scientific simulators validation)
- House interior 3D modelling with my own raytracing engine in Delphi
- Video player for OS/2 Warp

My other passion is skiing. Preferably in Alps - just love the apre-ski there, and I also speak fluent German.
