Forbidding or controlling “Hidden IT…” Who should write and maintain ad-hoc software applications? I am now completely convinced how underminded Excel and (I'll throw it in there in the Business Space) Access VBA is. What did programmers do before variable scope, where everything is global? @jadkik94 TI calculators are the same, which was not too terribly long ago for myself, maybe 10 years ago in highschool :P |
