comment eradicating the array = loop mindset
The title is incorrect. I did not write it. Obviously the code is not checking for values but for indices (I guess not obvious to the person who changed my title). And no, there is no "other code" that I left out... all it is doing is checking for specific values of indices

comment how to do temporary tables in Linq to Entity Framework
But that permanent table would have a "global" scope, unlike temporary tables, which are local to the particular connection. One solution to that would be to generate a name for the table that is guaranteed to be unique, perhaps by concatenating a GUID. Also you would need to bypass Enitity Frameword to send DDL statements to the database for creating and deleting the tables. And you would not be able to use Entity Framework to populate or query the new tables.

comment Is every language written in C?
@DanielRHicks, COBOL "barely" still exists? According to this, 90% of financial transactions are done in COBOL, and 5 billion lines of new COBOL code are added to live systems every year ... cis.hfcc.edu/faq/cobol

comment Is there any algorithm pattern to protect any content in the web to ensure I am the first one who created it?
There are date-times embedded in the block headers in bitcoin... although they are not enforced by the protocol, they are generally trusted to be at least "ballpark" accurate (i.e. well within 1 day accuracy)... it's also possible to inspect the entire blockchain from the block in question until today to make sure the date-times are monotonically increasing
