comment MVC4 : How to create model at run time?
model = Map <column_name, <column_type, column_value>>. For example, an item <"age", <"int", "15">> would be an entry for that map.

Each field of the table has a type. To represent a tuple of a table have a list of key-value pairs, where the key is the name of a column, and the value contains the type as a string and the value of the column as a string.

comment Contradiction of layered design and global data access for analytics reporting
Not at all. By introducing layers you separate functionality. For example, you have a layer to directly access database (all data in database is available through that layer), then you have another layer on top of it containing all the business logic, and then another layer as a simple functional interface over the business logic, etc. This last layer is a single interface to interact with data, and it still hides several layers behind it.
