A software developer since his childhood and a system architect for more than a decade. He has also always been an entrepreneur.
Born in Karabük, a small city in mid-northern Turkey, he now lives in Philadelphia. Between these two, he has also been to many other places, including Istanbul, his great love.
Numbers: 30+ years old. Feels 17 in the mornings, 40 at noon. When it comes to life, talks like 65, when it is his dreams, sings like 12. Loves 7 as a very interesting number. Respects “One” most.

My boss decided to add a “person to blame” field to every bug report. How can I convince him that it's a bad idea? I prefer trying to solve anything I can. In such a situation, if I quit, company will be left without a solution, at least by me. If I can easily fix something instead of starting to something else from scratch, I prefer trying to fix. For me, in this specific situation, it is all about the calculation of the difference of effort, time, and stress/psychological-investment either way requires and also the outcome I can reach... Thank you very much for your comment. It is beautiful that we all have different world views:) |
