@cherouvim Googling and skimming documentation is usually faster for me. I do ask occasionally, but not nearly enough to affect typing speed. (BTW, there's even an irc channel where folks can ask programming questions? Wow :))

I think there's some universal confusion in answers and comments. Do you think that If I type 50wpm, I spend any time thinking about it or looking at the keyboard?

@cherouvim How exactly chatting and message boards 'related' to programming?? I really haven't done both that much (and don't enjoy them particularly), but I don't think it makes me a bad programmer.
