comment Is learning C# as a first language a mistake?
I was just interested: why out of all languages was C# your first serious one? I think answering this question correctly will give you more info about what you want to do and only then what you need to learn to do it skilfully.

Haven't even seen what's been going on here... Not that it matters though: the StackExchange inquisition has been overzealous as usual in marking "duplicates" and "non-constructives" so as they would keep them selves feeling useful and these forums non-useful for anyone else.

Just to make it clear, I'm not aiming for it being easy, I'm aiming for it to be able to execute the code I want :)

I have read that one before posting. Too general, not helpful.

comment Is OOP hard because it is not natural?
I would disagree with the claim "the focus of OOP is designing individual classes and their hierarchies." since maybie it is the focus of a certain implementation(s) of OOP, but I for example have found that dynamic OOP languages usually don't have large hierarchies, or even classes. Well, the OOP definition may change in future, there is a try to change even the Object one wcook.blogspot.com/2012/07/proposal-for-simplified-modern.html
