comment Is there a need to comment obvious parameters?
I understand. In my opinion the parameter name should declare its intent. I often name it thinking of who will call it, not for its internal use. I prefer to read the code than the docs. The truth is in the source code, not the docs which are easily out-of-sync with the application.
