How to choose the right web development language for my app without much programming experience? I have been thinking about my web app. To my understanding, it will need to utilize Object Oriented Programming. I've heard that PHP utilizes OOP in a nastier fashion than modern web languages. Is there any truth behind this matter? You say that C# and ASP.NET may not be the best option for a beginner. What are your thoughts on Ruby on Rails and Python with Django for a newcomer? Thanks! |
