What kind of innovative non-cash financial benefits do I offer to my developers to retain them along with a competitive salary? I don't want to sound offensive but this sounds so like rats on a treadmill. I'd sincerely prefers tangible benefits like health and dental plans, pension contributions, respecting free time. Giving me perks to make me stay more time in the office sounds almost dishonest to me. |
