to what level should the drawn design match the real web site If the original design is done in Publisher, there is a good chance that your modified version can end up being better than the original.. :) |

A new CAPTCHA using sentences? Well, firstly, not everybody may know a language perfectly, and many users may not be native speakers (e.g. me). But, most importantly, I wouldn't rely too much on the assumpion that all humans are endowed with logic. Experience taught me that in certain cases human logic is but a myth.. So chance may be that you would end up filtering out humans and letting bots through.. |

How do you deal with people who ask you to fix their computer? @Ryan: yeah, like they know how to even look at a flowchart... :D |

Writing a client contract for Web development? Well, it may depend on the target of the website you're going to develop, but figures from 10% to 34% on a total population of over 3 billion people still make the slice of pie still quite interesting to me.. |

Writing a client contract for Web development? About IE: a HUGE percentage of users is still hanging with it so, as a designer working in the field for 7 years now, I strongly advise you to develop always with backward compatibility in mind, even if it is a big loss of time (and a real pain in the a**). |

Writing a client contract for Web development? I would have immediately stopped working for him (and seriously considered the option of taking down the site he already had online) as soon as he hinted at not paying you.. you would have lost at worst 7-8 days instead of 'taking it in the rear entry'.. |
