Hello World! That was already a pun. Well, anyway, I've always or at least for as long as I can remember, been attracted to the art of programming. Guess it started when I got my first computer (a Commodore 64), and since that it has continued to fascinate me. I've never really been any good at programming, but I enjoy it nevertheless.

I've somehow managed to get a job, working with developing database driven business applications in C# / .Net, and we have a customer base spread across Scandinavia and Europe. I started programming using Basic, then C and finally C++ and Python, before discovering the wonders of the .Net Universe.

I really love working in the C# language and the .Net framework, as it contains so many useful default data structures to use straight out of the box. Also the syntax and the logic of/in the C# language is awesome. Wouldn't change to anything else.

I'm planning on reading up on the new features of WPF and Silverlight in .Net 4.5 and do some XAML diving during this winter. I know of a good place for XAML diving not far from where I live. This place also has some cool new Powershell 3.0 facilities I'm going to explore.

I hope to be able to contribute to the StackExhange network! It sure is a nice thing you have going here. Although I don't have a college degree in Computer Science or anything, I've managed to pick up one thing or two through the years.
