comment How often should internal applications be deployed?
This completly depends on you. Answers to this question will be highly opinionated. It will range from release several times each day to release all 6 months (or so). The only thing we can say to you is take any approach and make it fit to you (e.g. Agile means release often/release early).

comment Java - Is it possible/good idea to reduce chance of crashing by catching Error?
@Brandon I know that such absolute statements are sometimes wrong. But in general you should really know what you're doing when catching Errors as it can be much worse than let the server dying and restart it...

@MichaelBorgwardt If you catch an OOME then you cannot create any new object in most cases. So it is difficult to do something useful in an object oriented language. Also all tips with allocating an emergency array can fail as you cannot influence the garbage collector.

comment Why must a constructor's call to the superconstructor be the first call?
@Val As jozefg already linked an answer please read the answer first and don't flame around here (at Michael Borgwardt). There answer written on stack overflow is fine.

comment Does modular programming affect computation time?
That's true but you optimized your code after you wrote the logic and profiled it to find the problematic part in your algorithm. You did not start to code for performance but for readability. And macros will help you to keep your code readable.

The first person that has to read a program is the developer himself. That's the reason why I wrote you. If other persons can read the program also it is nice but (in my eyes) not necessary (in the first place). If you work in a team then other persons should also understand the program but my intention was that person have to read a program, not computers.

comment When is the register keyword actually useful in C?
I think the const keyword is something different against register.

I think the linked question and the answers to it are the same as you can expect here. So there will be no new information that you can get here.

comment What is the name of the part of the application, which manages people in general?
@SaeedNeamati What do have users and customers in common? I think he most confusion here is that you perhaps see things in common which other do not see.

comment What is the name of the part of the application, which manages people in general?
After reading your question multiple times I think you mixed up two different things: user management and some kind of CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

Do you mean user management of the application (including tenants, grants and so on)?

Is this question better suited for gamedev?

comment Why is binary search, which needs sorted data, considered better than linear search?
@MarkJ the basic question of the original poster was about searching in a list. Else I agre with you completely.

comment What to do when I just don't know what's wrong?
Also asking on Stack Overflow with the real problem (after doing what Cristina mentioned) could help.

comment Secure an Application/Software by expiration with Date?
Simple create an empty file during the build of your software. Distribute this file with your software and use the file date as a reference.

comment Secure an Application/Software by expiration with Date?
You can add a file from the build and use this as a timestamp to check against.

comment Does Jar file shrinker affect performance
Where have you heard that it slows down your application (please provide a link). A smaller jar normally leads to increased performance as there is less to load. And decompressing can be faster than loading a file.
