That makes sense. A missing feature can be considered a bug if the testers have a reasonable expectation that it should be in the software at that point.

Thanks @Jim, I've been a fan of Telerik's Silverlight controls, but I hadn't looked at their testing products before. I wonder how it compares to the UI tests that Microsoft is providing.

@Renesis: When I worked for companies that practiced sprints, the scrum master was not a developer and was responsible for assigning tasks and making sure they were completed. What would you call that person under a scrum methodology?
