What is the best practice, point of view of well experienced developers I don't want to convince my manager, which argue that experience of others are not valuable, practices defined by community are fashions. He is really sincere and changing his opinion mean revoke belief based on it's own experiences. For him it's the best way and it work certainly for him for years, I cannot pretend what is good for him or not. I just know my best practices are shared by all others out there and I would like to keep up with the rest of the industrie, I do know that it's the way I 'am more productive and efficient. In such condition I'm currently leaving the job. |

What is the best practice, point of view of well experienced developers I'm looking to a new job currently, but I really enjoy to work with the rest of the team, and my manager claim that I not competent at all. I would like to really know if I'm wrong or right, and I want to inform my CEO the objectives reasons why I will live the job. My CEO says that he is not an expert and is confident on what say my manager about me |
