How can I create a solid business case for upgrading our programmers to 256 GB SSD and 16 GB of RAM? @NimChimpsky hahaha yes, point taken, but I'm talking about the usual coding style "dust" that builds with solution age, not any inherent code layout/structure issues that would affect build time. And like I said, we're a relatively small application. |

How can I create a solid business case for upgrading our programmers to 256 GB SSD and 16 GB of RAM? @NimChimpsky, not true - while I won't deny there are issues with the codebase (what mature project doesn't), one of our VS solutions takes 15 minutes to build, and I've seen much larger applications in my time (and I'm young). |
