My interests are mainly in assembly programming (FASM).

Check some of my assembly projects:

Fresh IDE - Visual RAD IDE and framework for assembly programming. Self-compilable. Allows writing of portable assembly programs. Has embedded FASM compiler.

MiniMagAsm - Ultralight and fast CMS for small sites, written entirely in assembly language. Uses markdown-like markup language for article formatting. Portable for Windows and Linux (32 and 64 bit) web servers.

phWeb - lightweight and fast web server for Windows, Linux and KolibriOS. (work in progress)

comment Source code metrics for measuring code stability?
@Giorgio: Of course you are right. But this is exactly what I wrote: The count of modified lines highly depends on too many factors. Some of them related to the code stability, some not. It is like to try to compute how many people have sex, measuring the electrical power, by assumption - less power - less lights - more sex. Although it is proven that the birth-rate is raising after big black outs. ;)

revised Is there any point in distributing separate .NET 3.5 and 4.0 assemblies?
Removed "assembly" tag, that is irrelevant here.

I am in close contact with the author. His opinion is clear for me (although some kind of contradictory) he wants his code to be licensed under permissive license in order to be acceptable for use in any projects - open or closed source, free or non-free. On the other hand he dislikes the viral nature of GPL and does not want his code to be licensed under such viral licenses.

Let say my code is A and Flatassembler is F. The whole program will be A+F. But if I release A+F under GPL, then someone can remove A and get F, licensed under GPL, what obviously contradicts with the examined license and the will of the copyright holder. Or I am missing something important?

The fact that the extra clause is placed under the disclaimer is not very important. The will of the author is clear for me. What if this clause was included as number 3 in the list of conditions?
