I work at UT Southwestern in Dallas on the Influenza Research Database (IRD) (www.fludb.org) supporting influenza virus bioinformatics. We also have the Virus Pathogen Portal (ViPR) bioinformatics resource center (BRC).

I am a doctoral student in Computer Science at the University of Texas at Arlington, my main research is a influenza virus molecular infection model and stochastic, discrete event simulation.
