I would also like to mention that according to the dreyfus model it requires 10 years of diversified experience in a field to become an expert.. so unless it took you 10 years to finish your cs degree you should not bother too much ;) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dreyfus_model_of_skill_acquisition
