Would disagree with the "no project plan in Agile." Agile doesn't prescribe a project plan nor does it talk about it. You can work with a project plan in Agile, sometimes looked at as a Release Plan, but at the end of the day, a project plan (considering the environment) can be an effective communication tool to utilize.
