comment Can scrum master allocate tasks?
+1 Martin - Exactly. It's a framework. No need to be dogmatic or purist in your approach.

comment What are creative ways to unblock a development team?
Suggestions for ways that a team can continue to develop and move forward while blocked by outside circumstances. What would/should a development team look for?

comment How to explain to a non-technical person why the task will take much longer than they think?
Exactly. Tell them the deets one time and then maybe they'll understand the specifics... Do it one time and maybe they'll shaddup about the details next time...

comment Differences between a Unified Process and an Agile project plan?
Would disagree with the "no project plan in Agile." Agile doesn't prescribe a project plan nor does it talk about it. You can work with a project plan in Agile, sometimes looked at as a Release Plan, but at the end of the day, a project plan (considering the environment) can be an effective communication tool to utilize.

comment Why do business analysts and project managers get higher salaries than programmers?
Seriously? "Not everyone can be a PM." Anyone can be a PM. It's just a matter of whether they are actually GOOD at their job... (OK. This comment might not be too helpful)...
