comment With agile, what do when a user story doesn't get completed in an iteration?
It really depends on whether you want to prescribe to "Scrum Proper" or if your team is just "agile" in some way, shape, or form......

comment Agile Retrospective Ideas
Should I change the "GAMES" to "Exercises?" .... the best feedback I've ever gotten from teams is when we have exercises at retrospectives. Bar none.

comment Is it possible for a one-man start-up to follow agile methods like Scrum?
No problem. I use a personal kanban board at home. Seriously would suggest anyone to use it for their personal life!

Suggestions for ways that a team can continue to develop and move forward while blocked by outside circumstances. What would/should a development team look for?

comment How to explain to a non-technical person why the task will take much longer than they think?
Exactly. Tell them the deets one time and then maybe they'll understand the specifics... Do it one time and maybe they'll shaddup about the details next time...

comment Differences between a Unified Process and an Agile project plan?
Would disagree with the "no project plan in Agile." Agile doesn't prescribe a project plan nor does it talk about it. You can work with a project plan in Agile, sometimes looked at as a Release Plan, but at the end of the day, a project plan (considering the environment) can be an effective communication tool to utilize.
