comment What is the actual value of a consistent code style
Great, fanstastic insight. Why do some developers seem to just 'get' this, and others fight against it?

comment Is my understanding of abstract datatypes correct?
I'm sorry, I'm having a hard time understanding because you're using lots of buzzwords which aren't too well defined: "datastructure, data, logical model of the data," etc. In a sense, there is no answer. Only blueprint IMO is very well defined. And I can define it without relying on other terms: a document showing the inner details of how to build something.

"you can upgrade the classes, from the class files, so no need to go through each copy." I can't understand this sentence.

Your description is fairly imprecise. You'll get better answers if you go over it carefully while removing about 50% of the length. E.g., main.py contains the classes, yet it also doesn't contain actual code??

comment Is anyone capable of becoming a programmer and having a career?
My theory is that temperament plays a major role. Do you have the patience and personality to be told by a machine, "You're wrong." ... over, and over, and over?

comment When to refactor
This is a true statement, but somewhat tautological. A person needs more help knowing concretely when it's the case.

comment Do I need unit test if I already have integration test?
Isn't mocking cheaper in real-world cases? You're only setting up expectations of what messages the mock receives and specifying what it will return.

comment Is it a bad practice to include all the enums in one file and use it in multiple classes?
I'd help edit the spelling if I could, but you didn't make enough errors to get over the SE 'edit' threshold. :-P

True; 'only in the OCD "collect similar things together" way'. 100 upvotes if I could.

I also came here to say, "because it's the right thing to do."
